How to Make a Crutons Recipe from Sourdogh Bread Step-by-Step Instructions
Add the olive oil to the sauce pan over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion and sliced garlic until fragrant. Use a serated bread knife to cut the bread into cubes that will form crutons.
Slice Ingredients
In a sauté pan, cook the butter and minced garlic over medium low heat until the mixture starts to brown.
Caramelize the condiment before adding crutons
Immediately remove from the heat then toss in the bread cubes to combine well, and toast for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside and enjoy with a cauliflower soup or salad.
