  • White Onion Diced

  • Garlic Cloves

  • Butter Cubes

  • Olive Oil

  • Serated bread knife and cutting board

  • Medium sized roasting pan, sheet pan or other oven safe dish

  • Large saute pan

How to Make a Crutons Recipe from Sourdogh Bread Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil to the sauce pan over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion and sliced garlic until fragrant. Use a serated bread knife to cut the bread into cubes that will form crutons.

  2. In a sauté pan, cook the butter and minced garlic over medium low heat until the mixture starts to brown.
