Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation
Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product shipment
Manage overall release process
Ensures that projects stay within budget, conform to established schedules, and project modifications are carried out without delay.
Coordinates and acts as supervisor on projects that utilize multiple departments' personnel.
Coordinates work of a multi-disciplinary development team across organizational boundaries, including design architects and related design and construction professionals in the successful completion of assigned projects.
Controls project cost and schedule and reviews change orders.
Serves as primary contact for all parties involved in the projects.
Develop a strong understanding of MealPro products and customer use cases
Partner with and motivate cross-functional teams to take action and drive projects to completion; exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders and sub-teams
Maintain visibility to professional services and custom development work to keep core product impact at a minimum
What You Bring to the Table
An eye for detail, style, and storytelling
Must possess strong digital editing skills (knowledge of digital video editing, compositing) and motion graphic design software, hardware and techniques.
At least 1.5 years proven project management experience working with cross-functional teams
CRM, workflow, and business process design experience with a strong technical background
Self-motivated learner who enjoys working with new tools and learning new systems
Ability to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams
Solution-oriented with ability to drive toward actionable results
Excellent oral and written communication skills
