Order once or set up recurring deliveries - it's entirely up to you. We'll create your customer account at checkout, where you can choose to enable automatic recurring orders. When you opt for recurring deliveries, you'll earn rewards points through our loyalty program that you can redeem for free meals and merchandise.

We deliver to your door nationwide

We ship throughout the USA using trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx. If you live near one of our stores, you can pick up at your convenience or one of our courteous drivers will deliver.

Meals are delivered chilled in thermal boxes

Your meal plan arrives in a corrugated box with a 1.5-inch thermal liner, plus dry ice and cold packs to ensure optimal freshness. Each meal comes in a microwave-safe container and is individually vacuum-sealed to lock in flavor and quality. See your meal packaging pictured below.

When do my meals arrive?

Recurring subscribers: Your meals arrive on your scheduled delivery day.
One-time orders: Delivery takes 1-3 days depending on your location (holidays may affect schedule):

  • Pacific and Mountain: We ship Monday-Thursday and deliver Tuesday-Saturday.

  • Central and East: We ship Monday-Tuesday and deliver Thursday-Friday.

Delivered in Thermal Boxes

Each box includes a return label so you can send the cooler back to be cleaned and reused.
