Delivery Questions:

MealPro delivers to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select areas of Canada.

Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days based on geographic location:

  • US Pacific: We ship Monday-Thursday, and deliver Tuesday-Saturday.

  • US East, Mountain, Central, Hawaii, Alaska: We ship Monday-Wednesday and deliver Wednesday-Friday.

Existing customers can set delivery dates in their customer account.

Shipping fees vary by delivery location. Customers in select states qualify for free shipping on orders of 20 meals or more. For all other locations, calculate your exact shipping cost by entering your address during checkout—the delivery charge will appear in your order summary.

If your order arrives compromised due to delivery courier delays and is in transit longer than expected, we will provide a full refund or replacement box at no charge.

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a commercial address. Please include your specific office or suite number when applicable. Keep in mind that deliveries may arrive after 5 PM, when many commercial buildings are closed or have restricted access. Choose the delivery address that works best for your schedule and building access.

Don’t worry—each order is packaged using a 1.5 inch thick thermal liner and coolant designed to last all day. Also, our weather-monitoring system tracks local conditions and automatically adjusts coolant levels to guarantee optimal delivery temperature regardless of weather.

Packaging Questions:

Your meals are securely packed in an insulated corrugated box with a 1.5-inch thermal lining and protective cardboard dividers. To preserve peak freshness, we include gel packs and/or dry ice to maintain the appropriate temperature throughout shipping.

Each pre-cooked, pre-portioned meal is individually vacuum sealed in BPA-free, recyclable plastic trays that are moisture-resistant and safe for both oven and microwave use. Vacuum sealing preserves maximum freshness by locking in natural juices and moisture for optimal quality retention.

Our stackable meal trays maximize your refrigerator and freezer storage efficiency. Each tray measures 6.5″ × 8″ × 1.3″, and a complete 20-meal order takes up approximately the same space as three grocery bags.

Yes, though we encourage you to reuse the box by sending it back to us. Reuse is more sustainable than recycling. Each order includes a return label, making it easy to return the corrugated box and 1.5-inch thermal liner for reuse.

Simply attach the return label to the box and leave it at your doorstep—the delivery driver will pick it up the next time they deliver a package.

Everyone is automatically enrolled. Inside your box, you’ll find a return label—just attach it and send the box back to us.

Storage & Heating Questions:

Store your meals in a refrigerator or a freezer. Each meal has a best-by date on the label. Generally, for meals you intend to eat within four (4) days, you may store them in the refrigerator. You can extend shelf life by up to 6 weeks by freezing your meals.

You can store your meals in the freezer for a few weeks or in the refrigerator for a few days. Each meal has a label with a specific best-by date and storage instructions.

Puncture the protective film and microwave your meal for 3–5 minutes. Stir and heat again as needed until fully warmed. For oven heating, remove the protective film first. The meal trays are oven-safe for up to 30 minutes at 300°F.

Ingredient Questions:

We source the finest ingredients from trusted growers around the world to ensure consistent, high-quality meals year-round. Since many crops are seasonal and not always available domestically, we “follow the sun” to obtain peak-fresh produce. When ingredients are in season locally, we source them using refrigerated transport. Additionally, since the U.S. produces limited quantities of salmon and shrimp, we responsibly source those from international suppliers. Each meal’s portion size is listed as cooked weight on its nutrition label. Your ideal serving size may vary based on your individual caloric needs.

Ordering Questions:

We currently offer 18-, 20-, and 22-meal box options, with 20- and 22-meal boxes being the most popular. These sizes offer the best shipping efficiency, allowing us to provide the lowest price per cooked food ounce in the industry. If you live in a Pacific coastal state and require a smaller order size, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Yes. We clearly indicate when you’re opting in to recurring orders. This option is available within your customer account settings. If you don’t select recurring orders, all purchases are processed as one-time orders by default.

Our subscribers receive exclusive benefits as a token of appreciation for their ongoing loyalty. Only active members earn loyalty points, which can be redeemed for MealPro rewards—including free meals, merchandise, and more—directly through your customer account.

You can opt in to recurring orders by logging into your MealPro account and navigating to the ‘Recurring Orders’ tab, where you can choose your preferred delivery frequency. Your account is automatically created after your first purchase, and you’ll receive email instructions on how to log in.

You can easily select your preferred order frequency—ranging from weekly to monthly—under the ‘Recurring Orders’ tab in your customer dashboard.

Billing occurs on the day your order is placed. For example, if you order on a Wednesday and are on a 7-day subscription, you’ll be billed every Wednesday. To make changes to your plan or delivery frequency, please submit them before your next order is processed.

Account Questions:

Your account provides access to your current and past orders, including tracking details. You can also update your meal selections for upcoming orders, modify your address and payment information, and manage other account preferences.

Payment Questions:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you’re using an international credit card, please contact our customer service team to request a PayPal invoice.

No, in most cases, you will not be charged additional taxes on your purchase.
