Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and disciplined Inside Sales Representative to help grow MealPro’s customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on inbound and outbound sales, converting leads into customers, and identifying opportunities to increase order volume and retention.
This is a high-impact role with clear visibility into revenue generation and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling company.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers (B2C and B2B opportunities)
Convert inquiries into orders by clearly communicating MealPro’s value proposition
Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat purchases
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
1–3+ years of inside sales, customer success, or account management experience
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
