  • 4 green onion tops

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • Regular vegetable broth

  • Liquid smoke

  • Lemon juice

  • Lime juice

  • Substitute brown sugar (no sugar brown sugar product)

  • Fish sauce

  • Black pepper

  • Low-sodium soy sauce

  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • Signature seasoning blend (of your choice)

Easy Korean BBQ Marinade Recipe Step-By-Step Written Instructions

  1. Coat the bottom of a pan with extra virgin olive oil and allow it to heat.

  6. Pour in the regular vegetable broth into the pan.

  8. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and a little squeeze of one lime.

  9. Incorporate a couple of tablespoons of substitute brown sugar to reduce sugar content.
