  • Vegetable peeler

  • Food processor

Tzatziki Sauce Recipe Ingredients.

  • 16 oz plain greek yogurt

  • 1 whole cucumber

  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh dill (optional)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

How to Make Gluten-free Tzatziki Sauce Recipe Step-by-Step

  1. Remove the stems from the dill and cut into 1/2 pieces.

  2. Peel the cucumber using the vegetable peeler.

    Peel the cucumber.

  3. Cut the cucumber into quarters, lengthwise and remove the seeds.

    Remove the seeds.

  4. Dice the cucumber into 1″ chunks and add to the food processor along with the remaining ingredients using the pulse button on the food processor, pulse the tzatziki quickly a few times to completely mix all of the ingredients.

    Dice the cucumber into 1 inch chunks.

  5. Serve the tzatziki sauce with fresh vegetable crudite’or your favorite gluten-free crackers.
