  • 1 Whole Fish Branzino

  • 1 Whole Lemon

  • Garlic Cloves (2 cloves)

  • Cilantro (1/4 cup minced)

  • White Wine (3/4 tbsp)

  • Olive Oil (coat bottom of pan)

  • Bell Pepper (half)

Kitchen Tools Needed to Cook Whole Branzino

  • Parchment Paper

  • Roasting Pan

  • Convection Oven

  • Chef’s Knife

Whole Fish Branzino Step-by-Step Cooking Directions

  1. Stuff the fish with lemon (most fish will already be cleaned when you buy them from the seafood market.) Placing it on the roasting rack.

  2. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Gently oil the branzino and place it in the oven to roast for 20 minutes on each side.

    Bake for 20 min


  3. Take out the whole branzino and allow it to cool on a table.

  5. Mince the peppers.

    Mince the peppers using a chef’s knife.


  6. Add the peppers to a non-stick skillet

    Cook off the peppers.


  7. Allow the peppers to caramerlize

  8. Top it off with some fresh parsley to add some aroma.

    Add fresh herbs.
