1 Whole Fish Branzino
1 Whole Lemon
Garlic Cloves (2 cloves)
Cilantro (1/4 cup minced)
White Wine (3/4 tbsp)
Olive Oil (coat bottom of pan)
Bell Pepper (half)

Stuff the fish with lemon (most fish will already be cleaned when you buy them from the seafood market.) Placing it on the roasting rack.
