How long does it take to receive my pre-dialysis meals? For the Pacific US we ship and deliver daily. For the Mountain, Central and Eastern US we deliver Thursday to Friday.
What is the shelf-life of the meals? This is quite meal-dependent. On average meals can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for several weeks. Each meal includes a best-by date on the label.
How do I reheat my meals? Meals are oven-safe, microwave-safe, and can be transferred to a skillet for stovetop heating.
What form of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
How are meals packaged? Each meal comes in a microwave-safe, vacuum-sealed container. Your complete order ships in an insulated box with dry ice to maintain freshness during transit.
